15 Aug 2025

Ear microsuction now available to our patients

We are now offering private ear microsuction service to our patients who have the need for wax removal. This will be a 30-minute appointment with our Practice Nurse at a cost of £45.

Microsuction is a safe method to remove earwax and clean the ear without using any water. The specialist suction device works similarly to a vacuum cleaner where it goes into the ear canal and gently sucks out any wax build-up. It is a quick and easy procedure.

For our registered patients who would like to access the microsuction service, you will need to first have an examination of your ear by our Practice Nurse or GP; please complete a PATCHS consultation form to request this. (The initial examination appointment will be covered by the NHS.) Go to Appointments to find out how to do PATCHS.

We are running the service at a highly competitive price compared to private high-street services, plus you will get the benefit of having NHS care for your ear all at one site.
