HOW TO USE
Here you will find a list of A-Z common health problems that we as a university GP practice often see in our student population. Each health problem will contain a link to nhs.uk for detailed information and advice. Some of the health problems listed may require a GP referral to specialist service for further investigation and treatment, and for those, we will briefly explain the process and what you can expect.
The purpose of this A-Z list is to give you as much information and knowledge as possible, so you can build an informed approach to managing your own health.
性健康筛查
如果你没有任何症状，并想要性健康筛查，我们可提供衣原体(Chlamydia)、淋病(Gonorrhoea)、梅毒 (Syphilis)和人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV) 免费筛查。
衣原体和淋病筛查无须预约门诊，你可以在诊所女洗手间找到拭子测试 (swab test)，或在男洗手间找到尿液样本 (urine sample)自我筛查检测包，自行采样后，将样本放入诊所接待处收集箱送验。
筛查梅毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒需要透过血液检验 (blood test)，请与我们预约性健康血检。
如果你有性病症状，请直接预约GP医生或护士门诊，他们能进一步检验并治疗。

表格和医疗证明
表格
我们可为注册病患完成私人保险和其他服务表格填写。你需先填写表格文件的个人相关栏位，向我们提供所有相关文件，并签署同意书 consent form。我们收到资料后会通知你是否需要预约医生门诊，或可以领表的时间点。一般来说，表格填写需要7至20个工作天。NHS 不涵盖表格填写，因此这项服务需要收费，请致电或临柜询问费用。
交换生(Studying Abroad/Electives)
如果你申请交换生需要免疫接种和/或疫苗接种记录证明，请致电我们咨询。请不要使用旅行诊所表格，因为这是一个分开的程序。
医疗证明
向我们申请提供给King's College London大学的医疗证明 (medical certificate) 无须付费。请注意，如果你并没有在我们诊所就诊过，你或许需要先预约医生门诊，我们才能开立医疗证明。详情请前往: here
避孕咨询
我们的医生和护士都能提供最新、安全的避孕建议。
你可选择的避孕方式包括口服避孕药 (contraceptive pills)、避孕针 (depo contraceptive injections) 和皮下埋植避孕 (Nexplanon)，我们也提供激素和非激素型子宫内节育器 (coil fitting; IUD/IUS –Mirena)。
我们每个月都有放置或取出宫内节育器的小型外科门诊，有需要请先预约护士或GP医生咨询。

子宫颈抹片检查是一项简单、快速且可靠的检查，目的在于侦测早期异常细胞病变。在英国，NHS为所有25岁以上有子宫颈的人提供免费宫颈涂片检查服务。
若没有尽早发现突变的子宫颈细胞、治疗，很可能会发展成子宫颈癌，因此定期进行抹片检查对于子宫颈癌预防十分重要。我们的宫颈涂片检查侦测人类乳突病毒 (Human Papilloma Virus/HPV)，这种病毒是导致子宫颈癌的主因之一。

血液检查
病患可直接预约人类免疫缺乏病毒 (HIV) 的血液检测。其余的血液检查(blood test) 需先预约GP或护士安排。

If you have no symptoms and would like a Sexual Health screen, we can test you for: Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis and HIV.
To test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, patients will not need an appointment. In our toilets ladies will find a swab test and men will find a urine sample pot, these will need to be left at reception.
To test for Syphilis and HIV, patients will need to book a blood test appointment with our Healthcare Assistant.
If you have symptoms simply book an appointment with our nurse or GP and they will be able to help you.

孕期保健
我们的GP医生能提供孕期保健 (antenatal care)，协助孕妇和新手妈妈完成产前例行检查和健康教育咨询。
请在你最后一次经期的首日或验孕阳性后的6-8周内与我们预约孕期保健门诊。

疫苗接种
我们主要常规接种的疫苗包括: MMR 麻腮風三聯疫苗 和 Meningitis ACWY 腦膜炎疫苗。请致电我们进行预约。
人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗
NHS提供25岁以下女性免费的HPV人乳头瘤病毒疫苗施打。如果你超过25岁且没有接种过，你可以前往药房 (pharmacy) 或私人诊所 (private clinic) 自费施打。
流感 (Flu) 疫苗
属于NHS高风险族群 ('at risk' category) 的病患，每年九月会收到例行免费流感疫苗施打的邀请。 流感疫苗是非常安全的，详见: Flu vaccine - NHS (www.nhs.uk) 。如果你不符合NHS免费流感疫苗接种条件，你可以选择前往药房 (pharmacy) 自费施打。
肺炎链球菌疫苗 (Pneumococcal Vaccination)
肺炎链球菌疫苗可以预防某些严重肺炎。65岁以上或属于高风险族群的人可以免费接种，详见: Pneumococcal vaccine - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

处方药物
如果你需要未曾在我们诊所开立过的 GP医生处方药物 (prescriptions) ，请预约挂号GP医生门诊。请注意：部分药物并不需要GP医生处方，可自行在药房购买。
电子处方签服务(Electronic Prescription Service; EPS) 会将医生开立的处方直接发送到你所选择的指定药房。医生签发处方后，你可前往所选药房领药。登入你的SystmOnline帐号，线上选定并管理你的指定药房 (nominated pharmacy)。
你可以透过SystmOnline要求续签你的重复处方用药 (Repeat prescriptions) 。并不是所有处方用药都可以透过SystmOnline续签，前提是药物之前曾由我们的医生处方，你的定期回诊检验未逾期，并遵循医生建议剂量，没有超出药物用量。
任何其他药物处方需要，可以透过我们的线上系统PATCHS或与诊所联络。
不论是透过线下或线上系统申请续签处方用药，一般而言，我们都会在两个工作天内处理，你可前往你的药房领药。
