New Patient Registration
You can be registered at King's College NHS Health Centre if:
- You are a current student of the University
- You are employed by the University
You must bring your student/staff member ID card with you for registration. Once you have completed the registration form you can book appointments with the doctor or nurse straight away. You do not have to wait for your new NHS card to book appointment.

If you have any chronic medical condition e.g. diabetes, asthma, etc - make an appointment with a nurse.
If you need repeat medication - make an appointment with a doctor (contraception repeats with nurse).
When you come to your appointment - please bring any information about your medical history such as clinic letters, names of medicines and dosages as well as your vaccination records.
If you move you must let the Health Centre know your new details. This enables us to keep you on our list. If you move and we don’t know your new address the CCG will take you off our list.
